Result of AGM
Union Jack Oil plc (AIM: UJO), a UK-focused onshore hydrocarbon production, development and exploration company, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, all resolutions, as set out in the Notice of AGM in the Company's 2018 Annual Report and Accounts, were duly passed, with the exception of Resolution 2 which was not voted upon, as Frazer Lang resigned from the Board of Directors on 10 June 2019.
