Tullett Prebon plc Result of AGM
Tullett Prebon plc confirms that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held on 15 May 2008 were duly passed by shareholders.
Two copies of the resolutions passed as Special Business have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority today and will be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
