Result of Annual General Meeting

The board of AssetCo plc is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today all of the resolutions were approved.

The Chairman confirmed that current trading was in-line with market expectations.

Further to the Chairman's statement in the 2010 Annual report and Accounts, Adrian Bradshaw has stood down as a non-executive director at the Annual General Meeting today.
