Results of the Annual General Meeting held 28 May 2015

South African Property Opportunities plc announces that the following five resolutions were passed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today.

1. That the audited consolidated financial statements of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2014, together with the reports thereon of the Company's directors, auditors and investment manager be approved.

2. That Mr John Chapman be re-elected as a director of the Company.

3. That Mr Stephen Coe be re-elected as a director of the Company

4. That BDO LLP, London be re-appointed as Auditor of the Company for the year ending 30 June 2015.

5. That the directors be authorised to determine the remuneration of the Auditor.
