29 April 2005 Pan African Resources Plc (the "Company") Result of AGM At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held yesterday, all resolutionswere passed.In a brief statement to shareholders, Chairman, Colin Bird, indicated that theCompany's projects in Mozambique and Ghana are continuing to advancepositively.
