Please be advised that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 7th April 2020 were duly passed, except for Resolution 2 in relation to the declaration of a final dividend for the year ended 31st December 2019, which has been withdrawn by the Directors of the Company as separately announced on 9th April 2020.
