ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF BODYCOTE PLC - RESULTS, PROXIES & DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE Monday 27 April 2009
Bodycote plc announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today all of the resolutions set out in the notice of meeting were duly passed unanimously on a show of hands. Results of the proxy votes received for the meeting will be available on the company's website on 28 April 2009.
Copies of the ordinary and special resolutions forming the special business of the meeting are being submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will shortly be available at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at: -
