Result of AGM

At the annual general meeting held earlier today the resolutions 1 to 7 and resolution 9 were passed. The resolution numbered 8, which proposed to change the Company's name to Chelsea Wine & Spirits plc" was withdrawn by the Chairman at the AGM.

The Board confirms that it still wishes to change the Company's name as its current name no longer reflects the diversity of the Company's portfolio. It is proposed to seek shareholder's approval to a more suitable name at the next general meeting.
