Stagecoach Theatre Arts (AIM: STA) announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
The Company is pleased to report that a dividend of 2 pence per share will be paid on 24 November 2010 to those shareholders on the register as at 29 October 2010.
