Result of Annual General Meeting
The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 16 August 2017 were passed.
The Board of Directors note that all resolutions were approved with the requisite majority, although there was a significant minority vote against the continuation of the Company and the re-election of the Board. The Board will attempt to consult with the Company's shareholders to seek ways to address issues of concern that they may have.
