Result of AGM
The Board of Prodesse Investment Limited (the "Company") announces the results of the resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, 25 June 2009.
All resolutions were unanimously passed by the shareholders, including special resolution 5, that the Directors be authorised to make market acquisitions of ordinary shares, as set out in the notice convening the meeting.
In accordance with listing rules 9.6.2 a copy of the special resolution has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
