The Company advises shareholders that at the Annual General Meeting, for the financial year ended 31 December 2010, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

As the Company is currently in a close period, ahead of posting its Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2011, which it will announce before the end of June, it will not provide an update on business activities at this time.
