Result of Annual General Meeting

MySale Group plc ("MySale", the "Group" or "the Company") held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") today, 16 December 2014 at Crescent Capital Partners, Level 29, Governor Phillip Tower, 1 Farrer Place, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia.

Details of the resolutions proposed at the AGM ("Resolutions") were set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting found on pages 70-71 of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts circulated to the Company's Shareholders on 24 November 2014.

Resolutions 1-7 were proposed as ordinary resolutions and Resolution 8 was proposed as a special resolution. A poll was conducted on all Resolutions put to the AGM.

The Board of MySale is pleased to announce that all of the Resolutions put to shareholders at today's AGM were duly passed with the requisite majorities and without amendment.
