RESULTS OF AGM AND PROXY VOTES / AVAILABILITY OF CORRESPONDING DOCUMENTS FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION
Results of AGM and proxy votes
All resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of Dairy Crest Group plc (the 'Company') held yesterday, 17 July 2012, were passed by shareholders on a show of hands.

Notes
1. Any proxy appointments which gave discretion to the Chairman have been included in the "For" total. Any proxy appointments which gave discretion to another party have been included only in the "Total" figure above.
2. The proxy votes shown, reflect the position as at midday on Friday 13 July 2012, being 48 hours (excluding non-working days) before the time of the meeting and conforming to Regulation 41 of the Uncertificated Securities Regulations 2001. Voting instructions could have been changed at any time prior to a poll being demanded and a shareholder having lodged a proxy was entitled to attend the meeting and vote their shares themselves as they saw fit.
3. A "Vote Withheld" is not a vote in law and was not counted in the calculation of the proportion of the votes "For" or "Against" a resolution.
Availability Of Corresponding Documents For Public Inspection
Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6, the Company also confirms that it has made available for public inspection via the National Storage Mechanism a copy of all resolutions passed as special business at its AGM.
