Results of Annual General Meeting

The Directors of Strategic Minerals Plc (AIM: SML; USOTC:SMCDY), are pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today at the offices of Memory Crystal LLP, 44 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1AP all resolutions were duly passed by Shareholders.

The Directors also would like to thank Matthew Bonthrone and Alex Borrelli for the support they have provided in the business's development to date. In line with the announcement of 30 May, both formally stepped down from the Board today.
