Results of AGM
Wishbone Gold Plc (AIM: WSBN, NEX: WSBN), the precious metals trading and exploration company held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 2 April 2020 and all resolutions, as follows, were passed:
1. The annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 incorporating the Directors' Report were reviewed and approved.
2. Richard Poulden and Michael Mainelli were re-elected to serve a further term as directors of the Company.
3. RMS Audit Limited were re-appointed as auditors to the Company for a further year and the Directors were authorized to fix their remuneration.
