Result of AGM
London, 14 May 2020 - Telit Communications PLC (AIM: TCM, "Telit" and "Group"), a global enabler of the Internet of Things (IoT), is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all the resolutions were voted on by poll and were passed by the required majority.
The results of the poll will be published on the Group's website (www.telit.com) later today.
The Group plans to publish a trading update for the six months to 30 June 2020 in July.
