Hong Kong, 25 May 2012 - Cathay International Holdings Ltd. (LSE: CTI.L), an investment holding company and a leading investor in the growing healthcare sector in the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), today announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed on poll.
Copies of all special resolutions have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
