Result of AGM

At the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held at 10.00am today all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting were unanimously passed on a show of hands. Details of the Proxy votes will shortly be available on the Company's website (French Connection).

A copy of the resolutions passed at the AGM will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm
