All AGM Resolutions Passed
Ashley House plc (the "Company") the primary care infrastructure specialist is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) held earlier today, all of the resolutions proposed, as set out in the Notice of the AGM, were duly passed apart from Resolution 2 which, as advised in an earlier statement, was withdrawn.
