AGM STATEMENT
Bond International Software plc has today held its annual general meeting. At the meeting the Chairman, Martin Baldwin, made the following statement.
"In the 2010 Annual Report I reported that renewed confidence in the staffing industry would allow staffing companies to make the investments in capital projects which would benefit the group and this, together with the new and exciting products that the group is bringing to market, has given the board optimism for 2011 and beyond. The group has made a good start to the year, seeing an upturn in demand for its products. This has given the board confidence in the group's ability to meet market expectations in 2011."
All the resolutions were passed and for information the voting results were:
