As stated at the time of the Company's Preliminary Results in September, thecompany confirms the appointment of Richard Hooper to the newly created role ofNon-Executive Chairman of Artilium with immediate effect. Richard has enjoyed a long and distinguished career in the communicationsindustry. He was founding Deputy Chairman of the United Kingdom'scommunications industry regulator, the Office of Communications (Ofcom), andalso served as Chairman of the Radio Authority. He was Chief Executive Officerof British Telecom's Value Added Systems & Services division, and ChiefExecutive Officer of the satellite channel Super Channel. He recently steppeddown as Chairman of Informa plc. Having successfully steered Artilium through its recent transition andintroduced Robert Marcus as Chief Executive Officer, Paul Gratton steps down asArtilium's Executive Chairman, and remains on the Board as a Non-ExecutiveDirector.
