Ground Rents Income Fund plc (the "Company")
Result of AGM
The Company announces that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held at 10.30 a.m. today, Ordinary resolutions (numbers 1 - 5) and Special resolutions (number 6 and 7) put to shareholders were passed.
