Shareholders are advised that at the Annual General Meeting held in London earlier today, 18 September 2009, all the resolutions as set out in the notice of Annual General Meeting contained in the Company`s Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2008, were duly passed by the requisite majority votes.
