Result of Annual General Meeting
Windward (LON: WNWD), a leader in maritime predictive intelligence, is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held earlier today, all Resolutions put to shareholders (which were contained in the Notice of General Meeting dated 12 April 2022) were duly passed.
The Board would like to thank shareholders for their engagement with the resolutions passed at the AGM.
