Result of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

The Board of JJB Sports plc ("JJB" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the shareholders of the Company today approved all resolutions put to the AGM at Martland Park, Challenge Way, Wigan WN5 0LD. Voting was by poll on each of the thirteen resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM dated 8 June 2011.
