White Young Green plc
Result of AGM
The Annual General Meeting of White Young Green plc was held at the Headingley Stadium, St Michael's Lane, Headingley, Leeds LS6 3BR on 10 December 2008 at 3pm.
All 12 resolutions put to members were passed on a show of hands. Resolutions 1 to 9 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 10 to 12 were passed as special resolutions.
Copies of the relevant resolutions have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority's Viewing Facility which is situated at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf London, E14 5HS.
