Electra Private Equity PLC Results of Annual General Meeting 7 March 2013

Electra Private Equity PLC announces that all eight resolutionsproposed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 7 March 2013 wereduly passed on a poll including the special resolutions set out in the noticeof meeting amending the Company's Articles of Association and authorising theCompany to make market purchases of its ordinary shares.
