Although all the resolutions were passed, the Board of genedrive notes that more than 20% of votes were cast against the reappointment of certain directors and the resolution to generally disapply pre-emption rights (subject to certain limits). While the Board believes that all these directors bring considerable experience and expertise to the Board, it intends to engage with shareholders to better understand their concerns on the resolutions.
