Result of General Meeting
The TEG Group Plc, the AIM-listed cutting edge green technology company, which develops and operates organic composting and energy plants, announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today and that all Resolutions were duly passed without amendment.
Nigel Moore confirmed he was to step down from the Board as from the close of the AGM having worked with the company for nearly 10 years. The Board expressed its gratitude to Nigel for his valuable leadership and support throughout his ten year involvement with TEG.
As announced on 6 June 2012, Rory Maw will now assume the role of Chairman of the Company.
