Results of 2013 Annual General Meeting

The Board of French Connection Group plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting contained in the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2013 were passed unanimously on a show of hands, except for ordinary resolution 3 (relating to the re-election of Roy Naismith as a director of the company), which was withdrawn by agreement of the meeting, as a result of Mr Naismith having resigned from the position of director on 26th April 2013.

A copy of the resolutions passed as special business at the Annual General Meeting have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:http://www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
