Result of AGM

SnackTime announces that all resolutions proposed, including the resolution to change the Company's name, were duly passed at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today.

Trading in the Company's shares under the new name, Uvenco UK plc, will be effective following filing of the relevant documentation with the London Stock Exchange. A further announcement will be made in due course.
