United Cacao Limited SEZC (AIM: CHOC), the AIM-quoted cacao plantation company based in Peru, announces the results of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today.
Resolutions (b) to (e), as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 29 June 2016, were all duly approved by shareholders. Resolution (a), relating to the partial disapplication of statutory pre-emption rights, and resolution (f), relating to directors' actions, were not passed.
