Trading Update

OneView (AIM: ONEV), one of the retail industry's leading digital transformation software providers for in store customer service, is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed.

At the meeting Richard Abraham, Chairman, made the following statement on current trading:

"The Company has had a busy period since the release of our Preliminary Results in July. Our first hosted customer went live in the UK with a single till trial in one of its stores, after a 12 month implementation period. Feedback from the customer is extremely positive, indicating that we can expect to reach a full store trial in the coming weeks followed by rollout across its approximately 250 UK store network.

The Company is seeing continued interest in our hosting service which will further increase our recurring revenues. Another area of pipeline growth is in the Telecoms sector where there are opportunities globally including a number throughout the EMEA region.

As previously indicated, OneView's partnerships are progressing well as we continue to work with IBM Commerce to further extend the IBM offering to include mobile point of sale to retailers. The Company also continues to partner with SAP in current accounts as well as in the Telecom space.

OneView is pleased to announce that since our Preliminary Results in July, the Company has doubled its sales force in the UK and US which will allow the Company to service the growing pipeline of opportunities.

The Company confirms that the pipeline continues to build and remains confident of significant growth in the current financial year. Delivery of the pipeline will broaden our customer base and provide further momentum to our full year outlook, supporting our growth aspirations.
