Further to the announcements made by ETFS Commodity Securities Limited (the "Issuer") on 15 December 2011 and 9 January 2012 in relation to meetings of holders of the ETFS Leveraged Natural Gas Individual Securities, ETFS Leveraged Lead Individual Securities, ETFS Short Silver Individual Securities and ETFS Short Sugar Individual Securities of the Issuer, notice is hereby given that at adjourned meetings held on 25 January 2012, the Extraordinary Resolution set out in each Notice of Meeting for ETFS Leveraged Natural Gas Individual Securities, ETFS Leveraged Lead Individual Securities and ETFS Short Sugar Individual Securities dated 2 December 2011 was duly passed by the requisite majority.
