The Company's adjourned annual general meeting ("AGM") was reconvened earlier today. All remaining resolutions, 1, 8 and 9, which relate to the content of the audited annual report and accounts, as published on 1st August 2022, were duly passed.  The Company will publish the full voting results on its website in accordance with the QCA Corporate Governance Code.
