RESULT OF 2013 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Board of Ted Baker is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of Ted Baker PLC, held today, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting were passed by way of a poll without amendment.
The voting on all of the resolutions proposed was carried on a poll, conducted by Capita Registrars. As at 20 June 2013, Ted Baker PLC's share capital consists of 43,198,033 ordinary shares of 5p each. The Company holds 608,991 ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Ted Baker PLC is 42,589,042. The votes received in respect of the resolution proposed represented a total of 87.5% of the 42,589,042 voting rights.
