Announcement of consultation commencement regarding a possible amalgamation within WM Housing Group
The Optima Community Association Limited Board and the WM Housing Group coterminous Board (comprising WM Housing Group Limited [parent entity], Whitefriars Housing Group Limited, West Mercia Homes Limited and Family Housing Association (Birmingham) Limited) both resolved to commence a consultation process regarding the possible amalgamation of the 5 Registered Provider entities.
Consultation with residents and stakeholders will take place over the coming weeks with no eventual recommendation to both the Optima Board and Coterminous Board being made until at least February 2019.
