Restoration of Listing and Resumption of Share Trading

Amigo Holdings PLC (LSE: AMGO), a provider of guarantor loans in the UK, announces the lifting of the temporary suspension of the listing of the Company's ordinary shares listed on the Premium Segment of the Official List (the 'Shares'), which was put in place at the Company's request on 23 May 2022, and the resumption of dealings in its Shares.

The Company believes that it is appropriate for the Company to request the lifting of the temporary suspension of the listing. The Company is not aware of any inside information which has not been updated to the market following the market update issued on 23 May 2022.
