Restoration of Trading on AIM

Nova (AIM: NOVA), the investment company focused on high growth opportunities in the energy, infrastructure, technology, natural resources and manufacturing sectors, primarily in Russia and Asia, announces that copies of the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 (the "Annual Report") are available to view and download from the Company's website www.novaresourceslimited.com. Copies of the Annual Report are being posted today to shareholders. The Company will separately post copies of its notice of annual general meeting to shareholders in due course.

The temporary suspension of trading in the Company's ordinary shares will be lifted today and trading on AIM in the Company's ordinary shares will resume at 10:00 a.m.
