Restoration of Listing

Further to the announcement made on 18 March 2013, Global Brands is pleased to announce that it has now substantially implemented its investing policy and has satisfied the requirements of Rule 15 of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Restoration of trading on AIM in the Company's shares is scheduled to occur at 08.00 tomorrow morning, Wednesday 20 March 2013.
