Restoration of Listing

The board of directors of Codex is pleased to announce that, further to its publication of its audited results for the year ended 31 December 2022 ("Report and Accounts") on 30 June 2023, the Company's applications to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the restoration of the listing of, and resumption of trading in, the ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been approved. The Ordinary Shares have been restored to listing earlier today.
