Posting of annual Report and Accounts and restoration of trading on AIM
Petards Group plc (AIM:PEG) announces that printed copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 and its interim report for the 6 month period ended 30 June 2008 will be distributed to shareholders today together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy.
Consequently, under the AIM Rules, trading in the Company's shares will today be restored.
An electronic copy of the Report and Accounts and Interim Report are available from the Company's website at www.petards.com and is also available from the registered office of the Company.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11 a.m. on 22 January 2009 at Fifth Floor, Quayside House, 110 Quayside, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 3DX.
