Ki-Bi Mobile Technologies Ltd.30 January 2006 30 January 2006 Ki-Bi Mobile Technologies Ltd ("Ki-Bi" or "the Company") Response to Emblaze's Tender Offer The Board of Ki-Bi notes that on 17 January 2006, Emblaze Ltd ("Emblaze")commenced a Tender Offer (the "Offer") pursuant to which it proposes to purchasefrom the shareholders of Ki-Bi Mobile Technologies Ltd an aggregate of five percent of the issued and outstanding share capital of Ki-Bi at a price of 41 penceper share. At the current time, the Board of Ki-Bi has no opinion on whether shareholdersshould accept or reject this Offer. This is due to the fact that Emblaze has notyet presented any plans to the Board since the appointment of new directors atthe EGM on 4 January 2006, thus giving it no opportunity to evaluate the meritsof the Offer. The Board suggests that each shareholder seek independentfinancial advice before taking any action regarding this Offer. The following members of the Board each of whom have a personal interest in theOffer by reason of their association with Emblaze, did not participate in orvote on this matter: Eli Reifman, Guy Bernstein and Hadas Gazit (serving as analternate director for Shimon Laor).
