Response to Rule 2.8 announcement from FitzWalter Capital Limited ("FitzWalter")

 

 

The Board of ATG (the "Board") notes the announcement made by FitzWalter on 2 February 2026 confirming that it does not intend to make an offer for ATG. As a result, FitzWalter is bound by the restrictions set out in Rule 2.8 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers. 

 

The Board is grateful for the substantial engagement of its shareholders and the support of its customers and employees throughout this process and looks forward to continuing its constructive dialogue with FitzWalter.
