John Menzies plc - Response to OFT Announcement
The announcement by the OFT this morning relating to their review of the features of newspaper and magazine distribution confirms, that whilst further substantial detail will be issued later today, there will be a further consultation period. We look forward to working with partners across the whole supply chain during this new consultation process.
Today's release needs careful deliberation, but given we have been planning for all eventualities, the direction they have offered falls comfortably within the realms of the future we have been considering.
