Sky response to Ofcom Competition Act investigation

Sky notes today's announcement by Ofcom that it has opened an investigation into a Competition Act complaint by BT against Sky in respect of negotiations over the proposed wholesale supply of Sky Sports 1 and Sky Sports 2 to BT for the You View platform.

A Sky spokesman said:

"Sky considers BT's latest complaint to be entirely without merit. We look forward to engaging constructively with Ofcom."
