The Board is aware of speculation in social media following the recent announcement that the Chairman of URU Metals ("URU") has joined the Board of Altona Energy ("Altona"), an Australian mining and exploration company. URU is a significant shareholder in MRS, and John Zorbas, the Chief Executive of URU, is also Chairman of MRS.

The Board of MRS is not currently involved, neither has it been involved, in commercial or financial discussions with either URU or Altona and none are planned.
