Disclosure regarding the news of establishment of a joint venture with Guangzhou Automobile Company.
Regarding the establishment of a China Commercial Vehicle Joint Venture Plant with China Guangzhou Automobile Company, we are currently in the process of conducting feasibility studies and negotiations on preliminary projects, with the objective of jointly developing market in China and overseas.
We will disclose any further progress by December 31, 2009. In the case where any concrete decisions have been made, we will release an immediate disclosure.
