KAI shareholders conference, led by Korea Finance Corporate, will make a final decision on this matter.

Above response is for the disclosure inquiry from Korea Exchange on the rumor regarding involvement of Hyundai Motor Company in Sales of KAI.

Further matters of progress on the sales of KAI will be disclosed by Korea Aerospace Industries, while HMC will only disclose when it is finally settled.
